Job Summary

Principal Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for niche roles in the P&C Insurance sector, proactively sourcing active and passive candidates, screening through multiple platforms, and delivering diverse, qualified pipelines. Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, uses advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut) and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions, and presents hiring statistics to management. The role supports inclusive hiring practices, attends Early Career and Professional Network events, maintains prospect communications and documentation, and may facilitate internal trainings. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with US work authorization (visa sponsorship not required). The role is based in Rolling Meadows, IL or Raleigh, NC with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed in-office, remote Thu-Fri option).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of full cycle recruiting, sourcing, or equivalent work experience
  • Equivalent work experience would include 14 years of full cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other search functions including Boolean search
  • Experience using SeekOut or similar search function is greatly preferred
  • Demonstratable ability to build quality diverse candidate pipelines across multiple technical areas
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Experience using SeekOut or similar search functions
  • Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple technical areas
  • Experience recruiting within the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship required)
  • Strong sourcing and hiring analytics skills
  • Ability to influence hiring outcomes through data-driven insights and talent intelligence
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Experience attending events and building networks for talent pipelines
