Job Summary
Lead full-cycle executive and leadership hiring across all levels for Banyan Software's European portfolio, managing requisitions from intake through close with minimal oversight. Map talent landscapes and build proactive pipelines for C-suite, VP, and Managing Director roles while partnering directly with CEOs on succession planning and organizational design. Drive market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform strategy, then design scalable recruiting playbooks and standards to elevate the broader function. Mentor team members and share expertise to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring experiences across diverse geographies.
