Job Summary
Principal Recruiter (1099) responsible for owning end-to-end searches in civil engineering, architecture, construction, or adjacent AEC markets. Drive full-cycle recruiting from intake to placement, partner with clients to define role requirements and candidate profiles, build sourcing strategies across verticals, identify and present high-quality candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, close placements, and maintain pipeline data. Must demonstrate a track record of at least $300,000 in placements annually for 3+ years, operate with ownership and accountability, and excel in relationship-building with clients and candidates. Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and direct outreach, plus excellent communication and process management skills. Compensation is commission-driven; 1099 contractor arrangement; remote work not specified.
