Principal Quantity Surveyor

Lead the commercial project team and manage large, complex procurement activities ranging from low value to multi-million-pound contracts. Coordinate contract compliance, advise on contract placement and management, and provide pre-contract procurement advice to the buying team. Manage framework and bespoke procurements, including strategy development, cost analysis, negotiation, and contract close-out. Ensure delivery of internal and external commercial targets while maintaining standards across the project. Support strategy development and contribute to continuous improvement for quantity surveying performance. Work in the office within a daily commutable distance of the Sellafield network.
