Principal Project Scheduler

Genentech (a Roche company) seeks a Principal Project Scheduler to serve as the scheduling expert for complex GMP biotech capital projects within Global Engineering. You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules, establish Work Breakdown Structures, and lead the implementation of Last Planner System and Lean Construction to optimize project execution. Responsibilities include critical path and float analyses, earned value assessments, Monte Carlo risk simulations, forecasting, and providing strategic schedule recommendations; you will support RFP preparation, vendor evaluations, and provide regular status reporting with early warning alerts. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and site leadership across multiple sites in a defined region, with on-site work only.
