Job Summary
Lead procurement programs from pre-pilot through execution for large-capex projects, developing procurement strategies with cross-functional teams and guiding RFx processes. Own NDA preparation, contract proposals, and the negotiation of pricing, delivery, and commercial terms to meet financial, quality, and delivery requirements. Manage supplier relationships, evaluate costs for supplier groups, pursue cost improvements, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse procurement procedures. Coordinate with supplier performance and governance, support SAP-based contract management and accounts payable resolution, and drive post-award vendor management and sourcing strategies. Role reports to the Manager, Projects Procurement Management, and is based at the Columbia, SC site with a Hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of procurement management experience
- Construction project and capital equipment procurement experience preferred
