Job Summary
Lead complex multi-site analog and mixed-signal semiconductor IC development projects from concept to mass production. Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ensure on-time execution and compliance with automotive and functional safety standards (ISO 26262 and IATF 16949). Require a Master’s degree in electrical engineering with extensive experience in project management within the semiconductor field, including a proven record across the full IC development cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
- 10+ years in project management in semiconductor, industrial, or automotive product development
- 6+ years leading complex multi-site projects/programs
- Proven delivery across the full IC development cycle
- Working knowledge in stage-gate developments and configuration/change management
Desired Qualifications
- Business-fluent English
- German is an advantage
- IPMA Level C/B or similar certification
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
