Job Summary
Drive delivery of IT initiatives across enterprise business applications by acting as the IT lead for projects, ensuring structure, execution, and progress. Coordinate activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors while supporting M&A initiatives and application-related integration activities. Ensure effective transition and handover to operations and engagement management teams. This role combines hands-on project leadership with cross-functional collaboration within the Enterprise Business Applications team, which manages a broad portfolio of enterprise applications supporting critical business processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects in enterprise environments
- Experience working across business, IT, and vendor organizations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to drive execution across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Location: Hørsholm, Denmark (Hybrid, office-first)
