Job Summary
Direct project execution, supervising business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions while acting as the company representative to clients and subcontractors. Manage project contracts, scope, and schedule to obtain or exceed budgeted gross margins, ensuring full compliance with NANA Worley HSE and client HSSE requirements. Lead the project team in identifying risks, resolving performance and cost issues, and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and corrective actions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 20 years of project management experience, including 10 years in the hydrocarbon industry. Located in Anchorage, AK, this full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager with increasing responsibilities including team size and project size/complexity
- 10 years of experience in the hydrocarbon industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and of scheduling and controls software such as Primavera or MS Project
Desired Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in the hydrocarbon industry
- Large project management experience ( 100+ group size)
- Front end project experience
