Job Summary
Principal Project Finance Attorney provides written and oral legal advice on complex finance matters, focusing on project and corporate finance within renewables. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting documents for secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, tax equity transactions, portfolio financings, mezzanine financings, restructurings, and capital markets transactions; supporting complex renewables portfolio financings, joint venture transactions, and corporate financings; ensuring budget compliance, risk management, and disclosure of material issues to senior leadership; and delivering transactional assistance to internal clients with moderate supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Member in Good Standing of State Bar
- Juris Doctorate
- Bachelor's Degree
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 2+ years
