Job Summary
Lead and coordinate engineering reviews to confirm design quality, technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with SI Group engineering standards. Own design deliverables by reviewing technical documents, drawings, and contractor inputs throughout FEED and detailed design phases. Provide technical oversight of EPC resources, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work products meet project requirements. Coordinate interfaces between EPC teams, operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction stakeholders while tracking deliverables and escalating issues impacting scope, schedule, cost, or safety. Identify and resolve technical issues during design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Support startup readiness by coordinating readiness gaps, managing punch lists, and ensuring safe transition to operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Equivalent Experience
- Strong MS-Excel, Word, Power-point, Maintenance Connection skills
- Experience working with all levels of an organization to solve problems
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or MBA is preferred
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, construction, or plant engineering is preferred
