Job Summary
Principal Project Engineer leading engineering activities for medium-size oil & gas turbomachinery construction projects, managing Balance of Plant scope, coordinating with customers and suppliers through engineering, manufacturing, testing, site integration and commissioning; responsible for technical solutions, risk assessment and mitigation, RFQ preparation for BOP sourcing, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution across Europe with frequent travel; requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and significant turbomachinery project experience; fluent English with potential plus in additional European languages; on-site five days a week in Prague area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Significant experience in turbo machinery and complex technical projects
- Proficiency in engineering and strong administrative and written/verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and EAME region
