Job Summary
Principal Project Controls – Scheduler & Primavera Subject Matter Expert for a contract, onsite role in Anderson, SC. Lead scheduling for large-scale power generation EPC construction projects using Primavera P6; develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules; establish baselines; perform CPM analysis, schedule variance and trend analyses, and schedule recovery planning. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders; support schedule and cost integration, change-order impacts, and funding requests; develop Work Breakdown Structures; produce dashboards and executive-level updates; provide leadership, mentoring, and workshops in project controls best practices; requires 10+ years of experience in project controls/scheduling in EPC/power facilities and expert Primavera P6 skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of project controls, scheduling, or related experience
- Expert-level Primavera P6 scheduling experience
- Extensive experience supporting EPC construction projects
- Experience supporting power generation projects including Combined Cycle, Simple Cycle, Solar, Battery Storage, or similar facilities
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
- Experience performing field walkdowns and schedule progress verification
- Proficiency with Acumen Fuse or similar schedule analysis software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work onsite in Anderson, SC
