Job Summary
Manage a team of employees, handling hiring, training, and performance management while building relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Lead as a DE&I voice for marginalized groups, advocate for Linesight culture, and achieve revenue targets by managing team costs and gross margins. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on account performance and metrics, and represent the region in senior leadership team meetings. Implement Health and Safety standards, drive process automation initiatives, and partner with marketing and talent acquisition to develop regional strategies and onboarding pipelines. Collaborate with E/VPs to execute regional strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years experience in construction/project management with increasing levels of leadership and people management
- Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or another construction related discipline
- Experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large scale industrial/mission critical
- PMP and LEED AP qualification or on the path to completing it
- Ability to thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
