Job Summary
Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst onsite in Melbourne, FL. Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives; ensures major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality; tracks plans, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts; utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify variances to focus intervention on critical areas; requires ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret Clearance; relocation assistance may be available; travel is 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- Master's Degree with 3 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- Associate's Degree with 7 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- Scheduling and planning experience
- Experience with EVMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Project
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret Clearance
