Principal Program Manager-Delivery Strategy & Operational Excellence

Define, implement, and improve operating mechanisms that enable Technical Delivery to scale across strategic customer programs. Establish delivery governance, lifecycle controls, acceptance criteria, and handover standards to convert strategic demand into executable plans. Partner with delivery PMs, functional teams, and leadership to reduce manual coordination, improve reporting credibility, clarify accountability, and ensure consistent delivery model execution. Manage risk processes, reporting standards, and repeatable execution mechanisms while tracking readiness and mitigating risks for mission-critical and AI-intensive workloads on Oracle Cloud.
