Job Summary
Principal Program Manager for the Defensive Cyber Operations for Space (DCO-S) program office. Leads cross-functional coordination, planning, and execution of cybersecurity initiatives and capabilities; responsible for resource prioritization, program oversight, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic and operational cybersecurity programs within a government-focused space domain. Requires extensive leadership, systems engineering and cybersecurity expertise, proven program management experience, and the ability to manage budget, contracts, and stakeholder relationships in a matrixed environment. Travel to related sites and secure facilities may be required; role involves collaboration with multiple offices and teams to architect and integrate cyber solutions within the DCO-S framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer or a closely related field
- At least 15+ years of DoD/IC or relevant industry experience in program management supporting complex technical programs, with direct work in cybersecurity and systems engineering
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion
- Experience with SOWs, PWSs, and contract/agile delivery frameworks
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
