Job Summary
Lead multiple electrical projects by overseeing installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems. Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and conduct site inspections to maintain safety standards. Manage the documentation for system handover, review electrical designs, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Expect a minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering and project management, with a focus on high-tech environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and construction project/program management, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing, data center, and pharmaceutical environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex electrical construction programs, including installation and commissioning.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of electrical design principles and ability to coordinate with design teams.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP for drafting, modeling, and power system analysis.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
