Job Summary
Principal, Program Management (Logistics Operation Center) leads end-to-end program leadership across first-, middle-, and last-mile for Coupang’s Taiwan expansion. Defines scope, OKRs, workstreams, and success metrics; oversees KR-to-TW transition, unified end-to-end visibility, and improvements in operational excellence. Builds robust dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and data simulations to surface issues and drive fact-based decisions; partners with LOC specialists, hub managers, linehaul, sortation, Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve bottlenecks and deliver measurable gains. Executes risk and change management, and communicates effectively with stakeholders from ops floors to executive forums. Requires 6+ years in PM/Analytics-driven Operations in logistics/e-commerce, SQL proficiency, and experience with Tableau/Power BI; familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) and Python is advantageous. Education includes Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Program/Project Management or Analytics-driven Operations within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or similar high-scale environments
- Strong ability to self-serve and validate data (SQL required)
- Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience delivering complex, multi-team initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings; strong risk management and dependency tracking
- Exceptional structured thinking and root cause analysis; ability to handle unstructured problems and convert into executable workstreams
- Executive-ready written and verbal communication; adept at influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions without authority
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience
