Job Summary
Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst - Lead and train analysts in Earned Value Management and cost/schedule control for DoD contracts. Responsible for establishing WBS, validating estimates, performing variance analysis, maintaining cost/schedule integration with program partners, preparing government cost performance reports, and coordinating monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and reporting. Must interface with program managers, CAMs, and business managers; requires DoD-style cost control, EVMS experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Onsite in Melbourne, FL with travel ~10% and potential relocation assistance; COBRA/SAP S4 experience preferred; salary range $81,400 - $122,000; primary level salary range and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or related field OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial forecasting in a government contracting environment, including EVMS-based reporting and government cost reporting
- Experience supporting monthly financial forecasting rhythm
- Experience with Cobra and/or SAP S4
- Preferred qualifications include experience developing CDRLs (IPMR/IPMDAR/CPR/CFSR/CSDR)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree as above; strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple assignments
