Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and review material Estimate at Completion (EACs) and prepare month-end reports for Major Subcontracts and General Procurement. Support Control Account Managers with EVMS activities including WBS alignment, time phasing of purchases, developing earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, and variance analysis research. Assist Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management Managers by conducting analysis on material data, setting up review meetings, and developing recovery plans for identified schedule pressures. Ensure alignment of purchase orders and incorporate changes into the EVMS system to maintain cost and schedule baselines while supporting audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field
- Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field
- Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period
- Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS and/or ERP subcontract experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Business Systems such as SAP, and/or Cobra, etc.
- Financial forecasting and/or material accounting experience
- Experience with Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD)
