Principal will liaise with flying squad & CoE members to gather required capabilities within sprints to achieve squad outcomes. As part of Strategic Procurement, identify best practices, share expertise with chapter members to upskill and achieve set outcomes. Key outcomes include achieving category squad outcomes, developing the sourcing calendar, generating effective cost savings and revenue in Professional Services & Business Consulting, enhancing quality of products and suppliers, improving service delivery and TAT, fostering partnerships with internal stakeholders, developing supplier costing models for target costing analysis, ensuring accurate demand consolidation & planning, achieving sustainable procurement targets (ESG), aligning category metrics with leading benchmarks, and developing a potential vendor library.
