Job Summary
Senior on-site leadership for Principal Production Operations in Elkridge, MD. Manage day-to-day interfaces between PMO, Manufacturing, Test, MRP, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Shipping; drive cost and schedule requirements; facilitate internal meetings to support design, production, and issue resolution; report Earned Value Management (EVMS) and serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for manufacturing projects; lead or participate on product teams, oversee product-level requirements analysis, engineering and manufacturing of assigned products, track progress, and represent manufacturing at the program Risk Review Board; support and generate proposal documentation as needed to foster new work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
- Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
