Job Summary
Manage control account budgets, schedules, and technical performance for manufacturing and development efforts. Oversee root cause and corrective actions to closure while reviewing project status and preparing reports. Interface with technical leadership, program management, engineering, production control, global supply chain, and production supervisors to ensure hardware modules meet cost, budget, and operation build schedules. Utilize SAP, PDM, and MES systems to gather and process raw data at scale, interpreting Integrated Master Schedules and overall hardware status. Full-time on-site role at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego Rancho Carmel. Requires Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with MRP. U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of related professional experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, mathematics, engineering, operations or business
- 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications to include advanced skills using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong Excel skills to include utilization of Pivot Tables
- Experience with MRP Knowledge: gathering, manipulating, and processing raw data at scale
- Interpreting data provided by SAP, PDM and MES Systems
- Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules and overall hardware status
- Experience reading engineering documentation, BOM Structures, and PLM tools
- Experience with project leadership and/or process improvement
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- Ability to maintain clearance - Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)
- US Citizenship

- Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with EVMS processes, baseline forecasting, risk and opportunity management, and Control Account Management (CAM)
- Experience gathering, manipulating, and processing raw data at scale
- Interpreting data provided by SAP, PDM and Solumina Systems
- Experience with presentation skills to senior leadership
- SharePoint experience
- Experience with Tableau and Solumina systems
