Job Summary
Own products that help teachers earn income through mentoring, live events, retreats, courses, and the unifying dashboard. Grow the content library by building systems to scale high-quality content and close gaps between community search intent and available offerings. Conceptualize and build working AI-generated prototypes before they move to engineering. Spend time directly with teachers to understand their audience growth, revenue models, and how to help them earn more. This IC role reports directly to the CEO at Insight Timer, a platform aiming to reverse the modern health pandemic by harmonizing the human spirit. The team operates fully remote with regular travel to Sydney, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Years building products at consumer companies, used by millions
- Built features from idea through to production
- Builder mindset: prompt fanatic, product-obsessed, craves time to think through problems deeply and build elegant solutions
- Experience building for both sides of the marketplace
- Creator-platform experience (bonus)
- Instinctive understanding of how creators run their businesses and earn income
- Experience running large content libraries or the pipelines behind them
- Understanding of how to maintain quality as content libraries grow
- Ability to build using AI
- Portfolio of products built using AI tools
- Fully remote work capability
- Willingness for regular travel to Sydney, Australia
