Principal Product Owner, AI Enablement

Lead AI enablement strategy and execution for AI adoption across the product development lifecycle. Own cross-functional collaboration with Product Development Strategy & Excellence, AI Learning Area, Security & Compliance, and other stakeholders. Oversee AI developer tool landscape and roadmap; own rollout of common AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code); drive adoption of in-house AI tools; deliver AI training and upskilling for the Product Development organization through hands-on workshops and best practices sharing. Spearhead AI governance in partnership with Security & Compliance; support engineering leadership and Platform Operations in deploying high-impact AI use cases. Required strengths include proven SDLC understanding, track record in AI enablement at scale, strong stakeholder relationship-building, and excellent public speaking and communication skills.
