Job Summary
Drive market growth and business expansion for Renesas Embedded Processing solutions in China across Industrial and IoT segments. Develop and execute growth strategies, promote products, and manage the design-in funnel to drive design wins and revenue. Act as the key interface between customers, distributors, sales teams, and global product groups to collect Voice of Customer input and provide recommendations for new product planning. Build relationships with ODMs and ecosystem partners while coordinating campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities. Promote key technologies including industrial communication, wireless connectivity, embedded security, and Edge AI. Collect market insights, technology trends, and competitor activities to support portfolio optimization. Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute Go-To-Market strategies across Industrial Automation, Building Automation, and emerging IoT applications. Fluent Mandarin Chinese required with frequent domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8+ years of semiconductor or embedded industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in Segment Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, FAE/AE, Technical Marketing, or related functions
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese
- Business-level English
- Frequent domestic travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Building Automation, IoT, or embedded systems markets is preferred
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment is preferred
