Job Summary
Principal Product Manager to own Snowflake’s Zero-Copy Integrations strategy and partner roadmap across enterprise application platforms, shaping product architecture, governance, pricing, and customer experiences; collaborate with engineering, design, alliances, sales, legal, and finance to drive adoption of governed, semantic data across SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Monday.com, ServiceNow, and more.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years of core product management experience
- Experience leading complex enterprise data, platform, integration, application, or AI products
- Strong product judgment and conviction; ability to form a clear thesis and drive alignment
- Deep understanding of enterprise data integration patterns (ETL, ELT, CDC, data sharing, federation, reverse ETL, semantic models, APIs, data models)
- Familiarity with open table formats and modern lakehouse architecture (Iceberg, Polaris, REST catalog APIs)
- Strong understanding of how business applications model data, semantics, permissions, and extensibility
- Ability to work with strategic partners where product, engineering, commercial, and GTM incentives align
- Strong technical depth to discuss architecture tradeoffs with engineering and executives
- Strong business acumen including pricing, packaging, commercial model design, partner economics, and executive business cases
- Experience building products requiring cross-company coordination
- Hands-on use of AI tools and coding agents to accelerate product thinking, prototyping, analysis, and execution
- Ability to write crisp strategy documents, product specs, partner narratives, and executive-ready materials
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business training preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SAP BDC, Salesforce Data Cloud, Workday Data Cloud, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or similar enterprise application and data platforms
- Experience with data catalogs, governance, lineage, access control, semantic layers, data products, or data sharing
- Experience with AI and agentic systems, especially where high-quality business context, semantics, retrieval, and governed action matter
- Experience working on partner-led or ecosystem-led product motions
- Experience with pricing calculators, business case modeling, usage analytics, or product-led adoption frameworks
- Hands-on use of AI tools and coding agents to accelerate product thinking, prototyping, analysis, and execution
