Job Summary
Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of product leadership to set strategy and drive execution for Kalepa’s core platform, collaborating with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on the product vision and unlock customer value. Focus areas include adding oversight to product and engineering processes, driving strategic enterprise integrations, defining the long-term roadmap, and mentoring other product managers. Must leverage AI tools for productivity and innovation, influence architectural decisions, and partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver scalable workflows in a cross-functional, enterprise SaaS/FinTech context. Remote-friendly role with NY office, eligible for significant equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in a senior or principal-level role
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Enterprise SaaS or FinTech experience
- Ability to define and ship complex, high-impact software products at scale
- Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and driving enterprise integrations
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and first-principles thinking
- Experience mentoring other product managers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Technical background in computer science or engineering (a plus)
