Principal Product Manager

Lead the vision and roadmap for a platform layer powering agentic automation, delivering a clear path forward and influencing the field with real production adoption. Drive go-to-market collaboration with marketing and sales, engage directly in customer conversations to translate learnings into validated use cases and roadmap decisions, and own outcomes end-to-end from problem definition through launch and metrics (production adoption, task success rate, agent reliability). Collaborate closely with engineering on design decisions, stay credible with underlying technology, and shape an agent-ready product by translating the evolving agent landscape (LLMs, coding agents, orchestration frameworks) into a coherent UiPath point of view and shipping product. Elevate the broader product team through thought leadership, strong communication, and cross-functional influence, maintaining a bias toward ownership and action. Nice-to-have: experience with data platforms, knowledge graphs/semantic/ontology layers, or human-in-the-loop/workflow systems, and background combining engineering and product. This role emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and a customer-champion mindset in a fast-moving, enterprise software environment.
