Job Summary
Develop product strategy and roadmaps for telehealth-connected offerings, focusing on improving conversion, revenue, and customer experience. Design and manage the end-to-end user journey including scheduling, intake, provider review, and follow-up while defining features like appointment flow and payment logic. Partner with engineering to integrate telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and third-party APIs, ensuring HIPAA, PHI, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal. Build scalable, secure, and auditable workflows for ongoing use, working directly with providers and partners to establish review processes. Requires 4-7+ years of product management experience in digital health, specifically in 0-1 product builds and subscription models, with strong API integration skills. Must be able to work EST hours remotely within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-7+ years of Product Management experience
- hands-on work in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech environment
- Been part of a 0-1 Product build
- experience around subscription Product
- Experience building or integrating telehealth or digital intake workflows
- Strong understanding of regulated data handling, privacy, and security best practices
- Experience working with engineering on API integrations and platform builds
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with SFCC, SFDC, and SQL
- Impeccable organization and time management skills
