Job Summary
Own the product strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle applications across Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, and bespoke tools. Partner with Centers of Excellence and HR leadership to define success criteria, capture business needs, and align product vision with enterprise talent strategies. Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle, translating priorities into clear direction while championing Agile processes and validating solutions via UAT. Provide leadership on AI-enabled capabilities including skills inference and career pathing, ensuring compliance with data security and governance standards. Manage vendor relationships, integrate third-party partnerships, and analyze user feedback to drive continuous innovation and scalability before broader rollout.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SaaS product management roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Proven success leading complex Talent Acquisition technology initiatives in global enterprise environments
- Deep expertise with recruiting platforms such as Eightfold, Workday, or comparable ATS/CRM solutions
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in recruiting, such as skills inference and matching
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and how technology enables them
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment
- Deep understanding of recruitment, talent development, workforce planning processes, and the technology that supports them
- Expert in Agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing vendor partnerships and driving integrations across systems
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to define and track KPIs and using data to inform product decisions
- Must be available for occasional in-person travel to participate in project or team meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in product management (e.g., CSPO, PMP) or HRIS domains
- Familiar with AI-driven talent acquisition tools and assessment technologies
- Experience with UX design principles as they relate to enterprise HR systems
