Job Summary
Own the product line for financial incentives paired with member engagement, defining architecture, compliance posture, and market narrative while influencing teams across legal, finance, and engineering. Stand the product up by evaluating infrastructure partners, designing reward triggers, and holding the behavior change layer accountable to drive member outcomes. Build the GTM plan and proof layer to position the offering for brokers and consultants, then pressure-test the financial model to ensure unit economics work for clients and members. Lead cross-functional teams without formal authority to deliver a compliant, financially sound solution that scales into a General Manager role.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience
- meaningful time operating at a senior or principal level
- You've been the most senior PM on a product
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Domain background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or fintech
- A track record of standing things up
- Business owner instincts
- Compliance-adjacent fluency
- Financial modeling depth
- Organizational influence without authority
- GTM instincts for channel-driven markets
- AI fluency
- Communication skills to write a tight product brief and a compliance memo
- Communication skills to present a pricing model to a CFO
- Communication skills to present a member journey to a clinical team
