Principal, Product Manager (SAT)

Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver portfolio-management product features for Fidelity's Account Management Compute and Review team; own vision, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle; collaborate with portfolio engineers, investment architects, and operations; translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and well-defined epics/stories; drive initiatives across time zones and stakeholders to create value and improve client outcomes. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in Agile environments within financial services and wealth management domains. Hybrid work model with some remote flexibility; located in Galway, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in technology or finance related field
- 7+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, product owner, and/or product management
- Excellent communication, organization and planning, and presentation skills
- Experience working on distributed and multi-time zone teams
- Proven expertise designing, developing, and maintaining large, complex, and dynamic products and solutions
- Agile, Jira experience, preferably from a planning perspective
- Financial services industry knowledge and experience vital, investment management and/or wealth management domain knowledge needed and financial optimizer experience a plus
