Job Summary
Principal, Product Manager leading the Account Management Compute and Review team to drive investment-management-focused product solutions. Responsible for setting overall purpose and vision, end-to-end product life cycle, and value creation by collaborating with portfolio engineers, investment architects, and operations. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, derive initiatives and end-to-end workflows broken into epics and stories, and define roadmaps for squads and initiatives. Demonstrates strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams (analysts, engineers, and stakeholders) in a hybrid work model with some remote flexibility. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in technology or finance, 7+ years in product management or related roles, strong communication and planning skills, experience with Agile and Jira, and domain knowledge in financial services, investment management, or wealth management. We are currently in a hybrid model with remote work options and a gradual transition toward more in-office work, pending organizational alignment with a future timeline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in technology or finance
- 7+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, product owner, and/or product management
- Excellent communication, organization and planning, and presentation skills
- Experience working on distributed and multi-time zone teams
- Agile, Jira experience
- Financial services industry knowledge in investment management/wealth management
- financial optimizer experience a plus
