Principal Product Manager

Lead the product for BDC Connect, SAP's strategic surface where SAP Business Data Cloud meets major cloud providers and data platforms. Define and own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap from raw customer signal to shipped, adopted product. Drive customer and partner engagements, represent the deepest product expertise for data engineers, platform owners, and AI builders, and treat every integration as leverage to compound value. Operate with a product-led growth mindset, selecting key metrics, surfacing risks early, and aligning with SAP leadership, AI organizations, LoBs, and field. Build and ship with a sharp point of view on AI-native data integration, ensuring governance, performance, security, and scalability, and prioritize adoption and outcomes over slides. Maintain strong external representation in customer meetings and industry events, and continuously improve the team and processes to deliver customer value.
