Job Summary
Lead the product growth for Remitly's USA-to-South Asia and USA-to-South East Asia corridors, owning the SEA and SAS product roadmaps and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate regional strategies into market goals. Drive customer insights, business cases, and prioritization decisions across product, pricing, marketing, analytics, disbursement networks, engineering, and design to grow new customers, activity, transactions, revenue, and profitability. Shape onboarding experiences, pricing UX, and disbursement options while building long-term regional strategies and influencing leadership decisions. Requires 8+ years of experience in product leadership within technology-enabled or FinTech environments and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Compensation typically $176,000-$220,000 in base salary, plus equity and benefits; in-office expectations apply with a collaborative, global workforce.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Experience leading product teams in a technology-driven company
- Experience building and scaling B2C or FinTech products, ideally in money movement or financial services
- Demonstrated problem solving skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred
