Job Summary
Work closely with top customers to understand their needs and drive roadmap planning and execution to meet customer demands. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and go-to-market strategies. Build simple but usable products that delight users and buyer personas while aligning product strategy with business objectives through senior leadership. Demonstrate end-to-end ownership, accountability, and initiative in solving customer pain points using a data-driven mindset to inform decisions. Lead from the front in a collaborative environment to shape the future of data protection and governance offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Strong leadership skills – demonstrated ability to lead from the front
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of delivering revenue-driven product launches
- Customer obsession – demonstrated building a strong understanding of customer problems and building capabilities that help resolve their pain points
- Bias for action – demonstrated bias for initiative while solving problems for customers, company and your team
- Ownership mentality – demonstrated end to end ownership, accountability, and a desire to lead from the front when required to achieve the desired outcome
- Collaboration & Communication – demonstrated experience in building strong connections with customers, stakeholders, internal partner teams and external partners
- Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in leveraging analytics and market insights to inform product decisions
