Principal Product Manager

Define and lead proposition and product strategy for the HEMS space, setting direction that drives growth. Own the product roadmap, planning initiatives that align with customer value and business outcomes. Lead a cross-functional team of Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operational staff to deliver cohesive solutions. Champion the voice of the customer by defining compelling propositions that act as a single source of truth. Drive end-to-end Go to Market launches across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Operations. Mentor high-performing teams and embed product-centric thinking across the business. This role offers autonomy to shape strategy at a pivotal moment for Pod, combining the strengths of Pod Point and EO Charging to help logistics and fleet customers electrify at scale.
