Job Summary

Own big portions of the company roadmap by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, and data science capabilities into a prioritized plan. Lead large, complex experiences from concept to execution, framing problems, aligning teams, and unblocking daily delivery. Work directly with customers through calls, onsites, and betas to translate firsthand understanding of measurement problems into product decisions. Drive AI into the core of the product by championing agentic analysis, natural-language insights, and model-driven recommendations. Partner deeply with design leadership to ensure shipped products are powerful and genuinely great to use. Define user acceptance testing processes, set quality bars, and test before launch. Run rigorous product development sprints, scope MVPs, and define roll-out plans. Equip go-to-market teams with playbooks, shape client messaging, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success to align teams behind the roadmap.
