Principal Product Manager (New York)

Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of product management experience, focusing on strategically leading Kalepa’s core platform product areas. Responsible for setting and driving the long-term roadmap, partnering with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver value for insurers, and defining governance to improve product and engineering processes. Will mentor other product managers, influence executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and own major strategic enterprise integrations. Requires a data-driven mindset, customer-voice orientation, first-principles thinking, and experience in Enterprise SaaS or FinTech. Bonus: venture-backed startup experience, end-to-end product delivery, and a CS/engineering background. Locations include New York City (Hybrid) and remote/global opportunities.
