Job Summary
Lead as Principal AI Product Manager for Nuclear, owning the strategic vision and end-to-end execution of transformative products like condition-based maintenance systems and work management automation. Drive cross-functional collaboration with nuclear SMEs, data scientists, software engineers, and plant stakeholders to shape fleet reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Set product direction, manage multi-year roadmaps, influence executive leadership, translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives, and establish standards for value across nuclear operations, IT, and senior stakeholders. Lead Agile development at a strategic level, define and monitor KPIs, deliver high-value products, mentor team members, and communicate progress and future roadmaps to executives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 6+ years in product management or related field
