Principal Product Manager

Lead the roadmap and own the feature set for cloud banking products; drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with Design, Architecture/Engineering, and cross-functional teams. Influence strategic direction, validate roadmaps with customers, and translate junior team research into actionable planning. Represent product vision in planning sessions, challenge approaches for best outcomes, and shepherd major milestones in sprint reviews and demos. Manage customer-facing Early Adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans. Guide junior team members in interpreting success metrics and leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance decision-making, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs; collaborate with engineering to integrate AI/ML features that add value while staying aligned with emerging technologies. Demonstrate deep knowledge of our value proposition, industry context, and how the product connects to the broader financial services experience. Ensure effective communication with customers across segments and support the overall product roadmap with data-driven insights. This role requires travel (<10%) and a strong background in agile product development within the software and banking domains.
