Job Summary
Principal Product Manager for Manufacturing Solutions leads end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to adoption to scale, driving AI-enabled manufacturing solutions that optimize operations, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact. Defines and communicates product vision and roadmap, identifies high-impact opportunities through market and customer insights, builds robust investment cases, and ensures adoption and scalability across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, GTM, Support, Sales, Customer Success). Champions an AI-first approach, leads discovery with Research and Design, engages directly with customers to understand workflows and outcomes, prototypes and validates solutions, and maintains transparency and alignment to deliver differentiated value, pricing strategy, and go-to-market success. Requires experience shaping product strategy, strong communication, and a data-informed mindset to drive ROI and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software
- Experience in Manufacturing domain; hands-on experience in the industry preferred
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, vision, and measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience in customer discovery, prototyping, and solution validation
- Track record of launching and scaling products from concept to adoption with measurable customer value
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
- Data-informed decision-making mindset using analytics, experimentation, and evidence
- AI-curious mindset
