Job Summary
Principal Product Manager - Loyalty at DICK’S Sporting Goods leads end-to-end product strategy for the Loyalty, Membership, and Credit ecosystem, driving a step-change in value through a modern paid membership model. Owns the multi-horizon roadmap, orchestrates scaled product discovery across multiple teams, and partners with UX, Design, Marketing, Finance, Retail, and technology to define membership tiers, benefits, pricing, and lifecycle mechanics. Oversees cross-product integration to ensure Loyalty capabilities are embedded across digital and in-store experiences, and influences strategic decisions and operating models to deliver measurable ROI, engagement, and retention. Requires deep expertise in loyalty programs, subscription models, system-wide collaboration, and executive-level communication to align stakeholders and deliver enterprise-scale outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related fields
- 5+ years at Principal/Lead/Director level
- Deep expertise in Loyalty programs (design, optimization, scaling)
- Hands-on experience with paid membership / subscription models (tiering, pricing, benefits, retention)
- Strong foundation in Product Strategy (vision setting, opportunity sizing, roadmap definition)
- Experience partnering with Design leadership to deliver differentiated, experience-led products
- Discovery & Product Craft expertise in modern product discovery practices
- Lean product management, human-centered design, data-driven decision making
- Ability to connect technical architecture with customer experience and business value
- Leadership & influence with cross-functional stakeholders
- Executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-product initiatives across multiple teams
