Job Summary
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SpyCloud's AI-powered Investigations portfolio, embedding machine learning and automation into investigative workflows. Translate customer problems and market opportunities into prioritized roadmaps while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Threat Intelligence teams to deliver intelligent, high-impact capabilities. Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability research, and competitive analysis, defining success metrics to continuously improve product performance. Serve as the subject matter expert for investigations and AI capabilities with customers and prospects, mentoring other product managers in AI product strategy. Balance customer requests, technical investments, and strategic initiatives using data-driven prioritization decisions to help customers investigate threats faster and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise SaaS products
- 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience, using OSINT and darknet data to investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for complex technical platforms
- Product launch and evangelism experience in leadership role alongside GTM
- Experience building products for cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital identity, threat intelligence, investigations, or adjacent security domains
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products or features, including working with data science teams and model-driven capabilities
- Proven success partnering with engineering and data science organizations to deliver customer-centric products from concept through launch
- Experience working directly with enterprise and government customers to understand workflows and validate product direction
- Strong track record influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, digital investigations, identity intelligence, or threat intelligence platforms
- Experience with cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, fraud operations, or security operations center (SOC) workflows
- Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning to investigative, security, or analytics workflows
- Knowledge of identity security, account takeover, malware ecosystems, credential theft, or criminal underground marketplaces
- Working knowledge of APIs, MCPs, data platforms, search technologies, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture and modern software development practices
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Figma, or similar platforms
- Ability to interpret product analytics, model performance data, and customer usage data to guide investment decisions
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable, AI-enabled roadmaps
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed prioritization decisions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical, data science, and business organizations
- Demonstrated leadership, influence, and mentoring capabilities
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML technology concepts, including model lifecycle, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics
- Currently holds or is capable of obtaining top secret security clearance from the US federal government

- Experience bringing AI-driven platform capabilities from concept through successful market adoption
