Principal Product Manager

Job Summary
Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a critical area of the Intellistack platform; lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to deliver AI-native capabilities that integrate workflows, documents, structured data, automation, and intelligent decision-making. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction, and establish evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and success metrics for AI-powered capabilities. Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. Shape platform capabilities for leverage across multiple products and workflows, and act as a strategic advisor on AI, automation, and enterprise software opportunities. Strong emphasis on partnering with Engineering and Design to prioritize investments and ensure successful delivery, with a focus on AI-native solutions that meet customer needs and drive business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or leading AI-native products, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, data architectures, integrations, and system design tradeoffs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strategic clarity and execution focus
Desired Qualifications

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bonus: CLM/contract workflows, document automation, or no-code/enterprise productivity platforms familiarity
