Job Summary
Principal Product Manager for Hyperscalers at Renesas Electronics leads end-to-end program execution across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales to drive on-time delivery and scalable customer programs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors, (preferably power electronics, or infrastructure markets).
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to create structured execution dashboards.
