Job Summary
Lead hardware and system NPI programs and drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for the Cloud Provider and Hyperscaler segment, focusing on Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers and emerging AI Cloud Providers (Neoclouds). Serve as the bridge between corporate strategy, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define and evolve the HW product portfolio, translating market requirements into engineering product requirements, and driving execution with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with sales, systems engineering, and customers to develop go-to-market strategies, build relationships with service providers and cloud customers, and accelerate revenue and market share. Requires a strong blend of technical and business acumen, experience with complex infrastructure, hardware, software, and services, and familiarity with global telecommunications and cloud infrastructure. Preferred qualifications include MBA and experience with Networking SW/HW in Hyperscalers and Neoclouds in Americas markets.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management in IP networking
- Expertise on network HW, Systems, and/or network ASICs
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to influence stakeholders
