Job Summary
Principal Product Manager to own the GCC growth charter across regulatory, AI integration, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership. Own GCC growth strategy and roadmap, partner with regional business leaders, Compliance and Risk, and global Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams. Leverage AI to accelerate customer research, discovery, prototyping, and experimentation; build immersive experiences for multilingual, mobile-first GCC customers; drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue while navigating KYC/AML, fraud, and regulatory constraints. Mentor product managers, raise the bar for product management practices, and communicate strategy with executives and stakeholders across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience — fintech/payments/regulated domains preferred
- hands-on product talent with AI fluency and prototypes
- experience in KYC/AML, fraud, risk, FX, and regulatory environments
- strong analytical, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making skills
- end-to-end product ownership and strategic roadmapping
- excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
